Deborah Nabat Frankel has been practicing in the Field of Family Law for almost 25 years. Since 2012, she has presided over thousands of cases as a General Magistrate in the Family Division of the 11th Judicial Circuit and is a Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator. She understands the emotional and legal issues these cases encompass. She is compassionate, and knowledgeable and wants to use her insight to help families resolve their issues using PEACE.
Parenting Plan, Equitable distribution, Alimony, Children's issues (parenting plans, child support) and Everything else (relocations, modifications, enforcement) can be resolved in Mediation. Mediation requires knowledge of the law, of the judiciary and understanding of the family dynamics. Oftentimes cases may require creative thinking and outside the box resolutions to make it work for you. Deborah understands that no two cases are the same and strongly believes in the mediation process to help families move forward in Peace.
